Terms and Conditions for Goldensky Holidays

In the event of a cancellation of tour or services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the written notification. The cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
  • Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund

Special Conditions

For special train journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy will be applicable, which will be advised as necessary.

Third-Party Policies

Certain cancellations and refund policies are beyond our control:

  • Hotel Payments: Refunds will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
  • Train Tickets: Cancellations will adhere to the Railway’s policy.
  • Flight Tickets: Cancellations will follow the airline’s policy.

Post-Commencement Cancellations

If the trip is canceled after commencement, the refund will be limited and dependent on recoverable amounts from hotels and contractors. We do not bear responsibility for refunds on unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.

Liabilities & Limitations

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, any increase in entrance fees to monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.

Law & Jurisdiction

All complaints, suits, claims, or disputes relating to any products offered by Goldensky Holidays will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
