Day 01: Cochin

Upon arrival our Golden sky holidays team member will come and pick up you with a smile, then we proceed to special Sightseeing in Cochin.

• Dutch Palace.
• Marine Drive.
• Jewish Synagogue.
• Francis church.
• Chinese fishing nets.
• Thripunithura Palace.

       Evening back to hotel , overnight stay at Cochin hotel.

Day 02: Cochin to Munnar 160 Kms – 4 to 5 Hrs Approx

After we Proceed to Munnar, where sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, trekking and holiday facilities make it a unique experience. On the way you can visit

• Adimali ( Wholesale place for spices, handicrafts and cardamom)
• Cheyyappara waterfalls, {Also know 7 steps waterfalls}
• Valara waterfalls,
• Hill View points
• Attukal waterfalls
• Tea Gardens

Evening reach Munnar ! Check in to your hotel! Rest and relax! Overnight stay at Munnar hotel.

Day 03: Munnar

Moring after breakfast we Proceed to Munnar Special sightseeing visit

• Mattupetty direction.
• Forest rose garden
• Photo point, {wonderful view of Tea gardens of high range hill sector}
• Mattupetty Dam – (Optional - 15 Minutes Boat Drive in this Dam).
• Echo point (The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here),   you can enjoy the pedal boating {optional}
• Shooting point. ( Famous point where normally film shooting takes place)
• Kundale Lake. ( a super dam where we can go for shikara boating in the dam)

After lunch in Munnar by 2.00 P.M we visit.

• Tea Museum- (A place where u can see how they are processing tea-Like factory visit).

By evening 4.00 P.M Visit

• Blossom park, {Ideal park}
• Devikulam- An enchanting Hill station...
• Evening some shopping in Munnar town.

Back to the Hotel, Rest and relax! Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 04: Munnar to Thekkady 110 kms 4 hrs Approx

After breakfast Proceed to Thekkady (4 hours drive)

Start from Munnar to Thekkady on the way visiting some tea plantation, spice gardens, Cardamom hills

• Poopara Tea plantation village
• Lock heart gap view
• Powerhouse waterfalls,
• Film shooting spots

Reach Thekkady Check in to hotel!

• Periyar wildlife sanctuary (boating in Periyar for Extra Cost)
• Wildlife sanctuary visit

Evening Optional activities in Thekkady

• Elephant safari,
• Kalari Payette (A traditional martial Art),
• Kathakali Show (A traditional performance-Art),
• Jungle Jeep Safari
• Ayurveda Massages etc

Day 05: Thekkady to Kumarakom/Alleppey Houseboat. 170 kms- 5 Hrs Approx

After Breakfast drive to Kumarakom/Alleppey .Board on to the houseboat. Cruise through the backwaters and inland waterways of Kumarakom/Alleppey .

Overnight on board the house boat anchored in the backwaters.

Check in Time 12.00 Noon!

Boarding place: Kumarakom/Alleppey.

You will be greeted with a Welcome Drink (Non Alcoholic).Crew will give a brief introduction.

12: 00 Noon Cruise starts relax and enjoy the canals and rivers and backwater.

Cruise through backwaters of Kumarakom/Alleppey.

Sightseeing includes paddy fields & coconut lagoons & Resorts of Kumarakom/Alleppey.

Sightseeing Includes Bird sanctuary 01: 30 PM.

Afternoon Stop for Lunch.

Menu: Traditional Kerala cuisine with fish (Karimeen) chicken/, Veg Also Available etc 2:30 PM.

Cruise starts again through Pathiramanal area.4.00 PM.

Tea & Snacks will be served.

Cruise to C-block, R Block & Rajapuram.6: 00 PM.

Cruise stops.

Enjoy the evening with Village walk 8: 00 PM.

Dinner and you can relax and sleep in our super a/c bed rooms 8: 30 PM.

Overnight stay at House boat

After breakfast Cruise starts again to Kumarakom / Alleppey and drop you to the boat jetty by 9 to 9.30 A.M

Day 6: Alleppey / Kumarakom to Kovalam 220 Km 6 Hrs Approx

After breakfast drive to Kovalam with sightseeing places.

• Backwaters
• Kollam town and beach.
• Check in to the hotel. Enjoy the beach! Rest and Relax.
• Visit Kovalam Beachs are Light house beach, Samudra Beach , Hawa Beach Etc,,,
• At many coastal places there are beautiful patches of coral reefs.
• The underwater views, which are visible during snorkeling, are really marvelous.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7: Kovalam – Trivandrum - Kovalam 30 Km

After breakfast we move to Trivandrum city and visit.

• Sri Anantha Padmanabhaswami Temple.
• Sree Chithra Art Gallary.
• Trivandrum Zoo,
• Naiper Museum,Priyadershini.
• Planetarium and Kuthiramalika palace.
• Shangumugham beach.

Back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Kumarakom to Cochin / Trivandrum

After breakfast you will be transferred to Cochin / Trivandrum Airport/ Railway station. As per your Departure time.

We will also cover few sightseeing at Cochin / Trivandrum if time available, On departure the tour concludes with happy memories. Drop to Ernakulum / Trivandrum Railway station or Kochi / Trivandrum Airport or Bus station.
